An important development during the tribunal hearing was the issue of high insurance premiums over the past 4-5 years levied on the development due to regular leaks at the development in flats as well as in common areas. Leaksafe, which detects leaks when they occur and notifies a centralised monitoring system was an optional solution which was proposed by us and the tribunal agreed and recommended a trial run in one of the blocks.
