Objectives

  • Serve in the best interests of all members, generate accountability and responsibility from the freeholder, landlords and any appointed managing agents.
  • Gather a minimum of 51% membership of the entire Warren House development in order to create the Right To Manage (RTM) the development.
  • Provide all leaseholders with an opportunity to purchase a share of the freehold from the freeholder, the Right to Enfranchise (RTE).
