As you may know, we have been fighting a lengthy battle with the Freeholders and Agents to improve transparency and communication, in addition to a review of service charges for 2016.
The tribunal found that the insurance charges for 2016 were unreasonable to the amount of £40,000. This may be shown as a credit in each leaseholders’ final service charge bills for 2017/18. The tribunal also found that the Management fees from Premier Estates were reasonable and the CapEx reserve fund allocation was reasonable for 2016.
